Terms & refunds

Digital books. When you buy a digital edition, the PDF is emailed personally to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours. Files are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

Refunds. Because the product is a digital file delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been sent. If you have a problem — a file that won’t open, a file that never arrived, or a duplicate purchase — email contact@trevorbotha.org and I’ll sort it out.

Payments. Payments are processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd. Your card details are never seen or stored by this website.

Coaching bookings. Sessions are booked through the calendar on the Coaching page. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
